If there are any issues with your delivery such as damaged product, wrong product delivered, or any other circumstance, please follow the steps below:
Title the Subject: "Return Request"
Attach a picture of the product in the delivery box so we can see the condition.
We will email you back with an acceptance or denial after evaluating the total timeline and referring to the shipper's records as well. Based on each case, we will determine if you are at fault for the return label or if it will be covered by us. We expect all items to be in their original condition for a valid return unless it was damaged in transit.
We reserve the right to accept or decline returns by following our standards based on documentation provided, evidence, and proper notification provided.
